Choosing where to apply
A shortlist of schools and courses that fit your grades, your budget and what you want to do afterwards. Including the ones you would not have found on your own.
Admissions and student visas
We work with students who want to study in another country and would rather not work the process out alone. Choosing where to apply, putting the application together, and then the visa that comes after the offer.
Four parts of the same journey. Most people need help with all of them, but you can come to us for one.
A shortlist of schools and courses that fit your grades, your budget and what you want to do afterwards. Including the ones you would not have found on your own.
Personal statement, references, transcripts, English tests and the deadlines that go with them. We read your drafts and tell you honestly what is not working yet.
Picking the right offer, deposits, your CAS or I-20, and getting financial evidence into the shape the embassy actually expects to see.
The application, the documents that go with it, and what happens at the appointment. Nobody should walk into that interview guessing.
No forms and no portal. It starts with an email.
Tell us where you are. Your results, what you want to study, the countries you have in mind and roughly when you want to start. A few paragraphs is plenty.
A call to work out what is realistic, what it will cost and what the timeline looks like. If we are not the right help for you, we will say so.
Applications, offers, paperwork, visa. At every point you know what the next thing is and whose job it is.
The ones we get asked first.
Mostly the UK, Ireland, Canada and the United States. If you have somewhere else in mind, ask. If we do not know that system well we will tell you, rather than learn it on your application.
Earlier than you think. Most intakes want applications nine to twelve months ahead, and funding deadlines usually fall before admission deadlines. If you are already late, email anyway. Plenty is still possible.
It depends on how much of it you want us to carry. Tell us what you need in your first email and you get a price before any work starts. The first conversation costs nothing.
No, and you should not trust anyone who says they can. Those decisions belong to the university and the embassy. What we can do is make sure your application is the strongest honest version of itself, and that nothing gets refused for a reason that was avoidable.
Your most recent results, what you want to study, the countries you are considering, the intake you are aiming for, and anything you are already worried about. Attach your transcripts if you have them to hand.
Send us where you are and where you want to go. We will take it from there.
